【 Group Accommodation Guidelines 】

1. Room Type Pricing • Base fare is calculated for twin-share rooms (2 guests/room). Solo travelers will be charged a single supplement fee. • RITHAK TRAVEL S.R.O. will attempt to pair same-gender roommates. If matched, the single supplement will be waived.

2. Single Room Specifications • "Single room" = true single occupancy (smaller than twin rooms), not a double room for sole use.

3. Triple Room Advisory • Triple rooms typically involve a twin room + extra bed (often foldable/sofa beds). • Many hotels only allow children under 12 as the third occupant. • Limited space with three sets of luggage may compromise comfort. We strongly discourage triple occupancy.

4. Room Assignment Policies • Connecting/adjacent rooms: Requests will be submitted but cannot be guaranteed. • Room size/view: Standard group rooms vary in layout and are assigned by hotels. Specific preferences cannot be accommodated.

5. Legal & Safety Regulations • No triple occupancy permitted for guests aged 12+. • Children 2-12 years require their own bed. Infants under 2 may share existing beds.

6. Operational Notes • Room upgrades (if provided by hotels) are at their discretion, not ours. • Hotels may be substituted due to renovations/availability, with equal or better alternatives provided.

【 Refund/Cancellation Policy 】

All requests for cancellations must be made by the lead customer on the booking and be made in writing to rihaktravel@gmail.com. All deposits are non-refundable. Where only the deposit has been paid, no refund applies. Where payment has been made in full, the following conditions apply: ● More than 14 days prior to departure; a refund of 75% will be issued, alternatively you may transfer your booking to a date within the next 12 months for a € 60 rebooking fee. Should you wish to transfer to a tour of a greater value, you must pay the difference. Please note that any changed date will not be applicable for a refund if it is cancelled. ● 14 days prior to departure; you will no longer be able to transfer your booking and no refund will be given.

To transfer your booking, please contact the booking office directly at rihaktravel@gmail.com. Transferred bookings are non-refundable and subject to availability. Where the price of the transferred tour is lesser than the original price, no refund will be issued, unless over 28 days prior to departure.

Cancellations by the customer as a result of circumstances beyond our control e.g. travel disruptions or natural disasters are at the discretion of Rihaktravel s.r.o. We cannot accept responsibility for losses relating to travel to and from tour departure/return points, or losses relating to accommodations booked before and after the tour date. In the very unlikely event of a tour cancellation by Rihak travel s.r.o. we will refund the customer, on a pro-rata basis, up to the full amount of the price paid by the customer for the tour.

【 Additional Notices 】

1. Itinerary Adjustments • While we strive to adhere to the original itinerary, factors such as transportation, weather, or hotel availability may necessitate changes. Any modifications will be communicated in advance.

2. Health & Safety Requirements • Due to varying travel risks across destinations:

Guests with chronic illnesses, mobility limitations, or aged 70+ must disclose conditions during booking and travel with a companion. Failure to disclose may result in trip termination at the guest’s own expense.

3. Dietary Restrictions • International menus often prioritize meat dishes, with limited vegetarian options. • Notify us during booking for special requests (e.g., no seafood, no beef/lamb, no raw foods, no organ meats). • Deadline: Requests made < 30 days before departure incur a €20 modification fee per change.
